BEND - Hot Yoga Studio presents "Let the Light in Workshop Series" with Rachel Peters. A three part series taking place on April 9, 23 & 30 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.

PART 1 - APRIL 9TH: Open Your Heart to The Light with Backbends:
Cultivate the appropriate strength and length in your spine to experience freedom in your upper back. Certain alignment techniques are key to keeping you pain-free when bending backwards. We will work towards various expressions of kapotasana and natarajasana.
PART 2 - APRIL 23: Lighten Up with Arm Balances:
No need to rely on force to find "lightness" in your arm balances. Experience how essential movements and actions creates the lightness necessary to float. Make arm balances a more common part of your weekly practice.
PART 3 - APRIL 30: Take a Leap with Handstand + Hanumanasana:
Fear of the unknown can keep us from living the most expansive and joyful version of ourselves. Handstand and hanumanasana are poses that are all about taking a leap from the head to the heart, from the dark to the light.
